What Would You Do With All That Extra Energy?I have got a really important question to ask you today.

I have got a really important question to ask you today.

It might sound a little bit weird but I do want you to give it some thought because I really think it’s going to help you to understand why you’re not currently focusing on improving your health.

My name is Katherine Kyle from GreenThickies.com, and I invented the Green Thickie, which is a complete meal green smoothie, after I recovered from chronic fatigue syndrome by drinking green smoothies.

I used to be so tired all the time that I just couldn’t get out of bed, and I had to quit my job because I had no energy.

Just doing things like having a bath would leave me completely shaking and unable to function.

The thing is, when you’ve got more energy, then it leads onto so many other things in your life.

Things that actually might be scaring you.

You might be holding on to that tiredness as a subconscious excuse for not doing the things that scare you in life.

Without you even realising it.

It’s not like you just woke up and suddenly decide to do this.

I’ve been in this position myself before, and looking back I think, “Actually, there was something there that was going on in my life that I really didn’t want to have to deal with, and being ill was a way of not having to deal with it.”

Although I never woke up and decided to be ill.

Sometimes these things have a way of creeping up on you, so it is an important question worth thinking about in your own time.

Is there something that’s holding you back from releasing all that extra energy into your life?

That leads us onto…

 

Question #2: What would you actually do with all that extra energy?

Try and think of some positive things, and also try and think of things that might be scary and slightly negative.

Then you’ll get a realistic picture.

Weigh them up, and look at the positives.

Are they worth going through a bit of fear to achieve those things in your life?

Are they worth facing up to?

If you had more energy, what could you possibly achieve in your life?

What would you change?

Would you change your job?

Would you change your home?

Would you move to a new area?

Would you have kids?

The possibility is absolutely endless in terms of things that you can do with your life when you have got more energy.
