We are all so busy now, it can be hard finding the time to go to the gym or do a long, drawn-out workout when there could be something else that needs doing. That is where HIIT workouts come in. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and is now the hottest way to lose weight and tone up – all in less than 30 minutes per work-out.
