  1. Bring water to boil then add half of the salt and tea bags.
  2. Drink a glass of water
  3. Let the tea and salt mixture boil for about 2 minutes then allow it to begin cooling, then add the remaining salt. If using essential oil add when mixture is cool.
  4. Massage coconut oil onto skin. Unroll the bandage and soak it in the salt and tea mixture and allow it to soak up the liquid.
  5. Tightly wrap with the bandage around the areas of your body you are targeting.
  6. Wrap the bandage with plastic wrap.
  7. Leave on the wrap for an hour or more. You can sleep in them or wear them around the house but it’s best to relax.
