Fat Boosting Green Tea Body Wrap
- Bring water to boil then add half of the salt and tea bags.
- Drink a glass of water
- Let the tea and salt mixture boil for about 2 minutes then allow it to begin cooling, then add the remaining salt. If using essential oil add when mixture is cool.
- Massage coconut oil onto skin. Unroll the bandage and soak it in the salt and tea mixture and allow it to soak up the liquid.
- Tightly wrap with the bandage around the areas of your body you are targeting.
- Wrap the bandage with plastic wrap.
- Leave on the wrap for an hour or more. You can sleep in them or wear them around the house but it’s best to relax.
