The BEST Green Smoothie Recipe Ever! With HIDDEN Spinach
This smoothie is absolutely delicious. It is kid and husband approved. Picky eaters will adore how creamy, sweet and refreshing this smoothie is – without a hint of anything green in sight.
1 cup / 250 ml of plant based milk (oat, soy, rice, almond)
1 cup of spinach/ 30 grams fresh or frozen
1banana / 120 grams peeled and broken into chunks fresh or frozen
1 cup / 150 grams of dark berries (blueberries, purple grapes, blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries , winter berry mix) fresh or frozen
1 tablespoon / 20 grams of healthy sweetener (date syrup, maple syrup)
Add all of the ingredients to your blender.
Blend on full power in a personal blender, for about 1 minute or until smooth. If you are going to use a standard blender, you might want to double the recipe to make sure the blender blades will still turn.
