Welcome to Healthy Vegan Fridays blog hop. I’ve had a lovely break this week. My toddler went to stay with her grandparents for 5 days and I had a lovely quiet house and time alone with my little baby boy. It’s been like a holiday as the weather has been gorgeous.
I set myself a target of finishing my 7 Day Diet Plan Ebook and did actually manage to finally get it finished. Formatting took a lot longer than writing the diet, but I have been following the diet myself and tweaking it every time I try the recipes again.
I have been asking for testers for my new ebook and I will be deciding on the testers on Sunday 21st July 2013 so make sure you get your comment in before then if you’re interesting in testing my book. Click this link to read about how you can become a tester for me.
This is the first time I’ve tried my diet to actually lose weight and I forgot how hard it is to actually stick to a diet. I haven’t managed to stick to it completely so I just hope my testers have more willpower than I do! I did still lose 2lbs this week though so I’m happy about that.

I couldn’t resist these as the name just cracks me up. I also like baked goods that aren’t always gluten free as I don’t like to get special flours delivered and I can buy spelt flour locally!
TO JUICE OR NOT TO JUICE

I love debating smoothies vs juices but maybe we don’t need to choose? A great read!

Hi Katherine,I just wanted to tell you I completed the 7 day detox and I feel so great.
I have lost 6lbs, do not feel like I need more my morning coffee, the flushing of my facial skin from rosacea has dramatically reduced and I am so excited to wake up each morning and make a green thickie for breakfast!!
I am a stay at-home, homeschooling momma of 3 littles and at times so busy I would forget to feed myself!
I would go most of the day without eating and then snack on random things.
I gained 60 pounds the last 6 years during pregnancy.
I have lost 30lbs but recently plateaued and have felt so frustrated.
I’ve tried everything from paleo and keto to the point where I didn’t know what to eat or how much and felt like even eating fruit was bad for me which thankfully it’s not!
What a game changer for me. Thank you for sharing a simple but effective program.
I’m so excited to continue another week with this plan! Thankful Stephanie
