Healthy Vegan Friday 56: Peach Basil Salad, Tomato Noodle Salad & Overnight Mint Choc Pudding Oats

While I’m dieting I’m finding today one of the hardest days of the week.  That’s because I read all of these tempting recipes that just scream ‘eat me eat me’ and if I had more time I’m sure I wouldn’t be so successful with my weight loss.  But that also motivates me to stick to my eating plan so when I have lost all my weight hopefully I’ll also have more time to try out more of these recipes.
