Instructions

  1. Melt the coconut butter
  2. Melt the Chocolate chips
  3. Add the peppermint oil to the melted chocolate and mix.
  4. Pour the coconut butter into a silicon bread pan
  5. Pour the chocolate on top of it
  6. Put it in the freezer for 2 minutes.
  7. Use a knife to swirl the chocolate into the coconut.
  8. Sprinkle salt on top.
  9. Leave to harden in the freezer for an hour.
  10. Remove from the freezer and break into chunks.
  11. Devour

Notes

This has to be kept in the fridge so it’s something to offer to guests when they come to your house. (or eat it all yourself!)
