Ingredients
  

  • 3 Bananas
  • 1 Cup Spinach

Instructions
 

  • Break your small banana into chunks and add to the blender.
  • Blend gradually until the banana becomes a liquid.
  • Add your spinach and blend for about 45 seconds or until smooth
