Green Thickies Signature Salad Drink Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium tomatoes chopped
  • 4 inches of cucumber chopped
  • 2 inches of pepper chopped
  • 2 cups of mild leafy greens  spinach, chard or 1 scoop of Amazing Grass Green Superfood Powder
  • 10  basil leaves or other herb
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil  optional
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of oregano  or other herb

Instructions
 

  • Blend the tomatoes, cucumber and pepper until they create a liquid, then add the other ingredients and blend until smooth.  
  • Add a handful of ice cubes and blend to cool it down or cool it down in the fridge before drinking.
