medium tomatoes
chopped

of mild leafy greens
spinach, chard or 1 scoop of
Amazing Grass Green Superfood Powder

basil leaves
or other herb
1
tablespoon
of extra virgin olive oil
optional
pinch
of salt
1/2
teaspoon
of oregano
or other herb
Instructions
Blend the tomatoes, cucumber and pepper until they create a liquid, then add the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
Add a handful of ice cubes and blend to cool it down or cool it down in the fridge before drinking.
