Salted Peppermint Cookie Bark

Ingredients
  

Instructions
 

  • Melt the coconut butter
  • Melt the Chocolate chips
  • Add the peppermint oil to the melted chocolate and mix.
  • Pour the coconut butter into a silicon bread pan
  • Pour the chocolate on top of it
  • Put it in the freezer for 2 minutes.
  • Use a knife to swirl the chocolate into the coconut.
  • Sprinkle salt on top.
  • Leave to harden in the freezer for an hour.
  • Remove from the freezer and break into chunks.
  • Devour

Notes

This has to be kept in the fridge so it's something to offer to guests when they come to your house. (or eat it all yourself!)
