Hot Chocolate Green Thickie Smoothie (warming winter smocolate)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup spinach
  • 2 tablespoons cashews
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup milk of choice dairy free or raw is healthier
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa cacoa or carob powder
  • 1 cup boiling water left to cool for 3 minutes
  • ½ teaspoon Stevia Optional
  • 2 drops of essential oil mint, orange, cinnamon (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Blend until smooth and leave your blender running until it heats up to the desired temperature
  • Pour straight into thermos bottle, put the top on and it should stay hot all day – no need to keep in the fridge if you are going to drink this the same day.
