pineapple chunks
fresh or frozen

vanilla extract

vanilla powder

squeezes of
Stur Coconut & Pineapple
optional but good for adding taste to low carb smoothies
10
drops
stevia
or
low carb sweetener
to taste
Pinch
of
himalayan
or
sea salt

cup
of ice
optional to cool down the smoothie
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth (about 2 minutes)
Drink straight away or cover and refrigerate
Keeps for 3 days in the fridge
Add some sunflower seeds, coconut or pineapple as a topping if desired
