Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • 1 scoop plant based protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon liquid ionic minerals

Instructions
 

  • Add the ingredients to your blender and blend all the ingredients together for about 1 minute until you achieved your desired consistency.
  • You may use additional berries as toppers.
