Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey or date syrup

Instructions
 

  • Add the ingredients to your blender and blend all the ingredients together for about 1 minute until you achieved your desired consistency.  
  • To cool this smoothie down, use some frozen ingredients.
