Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • ¼ cup coconut milk from a can or dried coconut
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup oats
  • ¼ cup cashew nuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
  • You can use frozen spinach or pineapple to cool the smoothie down if your blender can cope with frozen fruit.
  • Drink slowly - at the same pace as you would eat a meal. This helps you feel fuller for longer and helps the smoothie digest better.
