Chunky Monkey Smoothie Topper

Crunchy, Chunky and delicious. Once you taste this smoothie topper, you'll not be able to stop.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Oats Like this or Dried Coconut
  • 1 mashed Banana
  • 3 tablespoons Peanut Butter Like this
  • 1 tablespoon Dairy Free Milk Like this or Almond Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Raisins or Chopped Dates

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 300 degrees F/ 150 degrees C
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl
  • Spread the mixture out on a non stick baking tray or using a non stick baking mat Like This
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Remove and break into bite sized pieces
  • Bake for 5 more minutes
  • Remove and cool for 1 hour before storing in an air tight container
