Peanut Butter Like this

Dairy Free Milk Like this or Almond Butter

Sunflower Seeds

Raisins or Chopped Dates
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 300 degrees F/ 150 degrees C
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl
Spread the mixture out on a non stick baking tray or using a non stick baking mat

Bake for 15 minutes
Remove and break into bite sized pieces
Bake for 5 more minutes
Remove and cool for 1 hour before storing in an air tight container
