This Chunky Monkey Smoothie Topper is like a chunky granola so you could also eat it with milk or yoghurt and fruit. It’s so delicious I just find myself eating it straight out of the box.

Chunky Monkey Smoothie Topper
Ingredients
- 1 cup Oats Like this or Dried Coconut
- 1 mashed Banana
- 3 tablespoons Peanut Butter Like this
- 1 tablespoon Dairy Free Milk Like this or Almond Butter
- 1 tablespoon Sunflower Seeds
- 1/4 cup Raisins or Chopped Dates
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 300 degrees F/ 150 degrees C
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl
- Spread the mixture out on a non stick baking tray or using a non stick baking mat Like This
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Remove and break into bite sized pieces
- Bake for 5 more minutes
- Remove and cool for 1 hour before storing in an air tight container
