Hot Chocolate Green Thickie Smoothie (warming winter smocolate)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup spinach
  • 2 tablespoons cashews
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup milk of choice dairy free or raw is healthier
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa cacoa or carob powder
  • 1 cup boiling water left to cool for 3 minutes
  • ½ teaspoon Stevia Optional
  • 2 drops of essential oil mint, orange, cinnamon (Optional)

Method
 

  1. Blend until smooth and leave your blender running until it heats up to the desired temperature
  2. Pour straight into thermos bottle, put the top on and it should stay hot all day – no need to keep in the fridge if you are going to drink this the same day.
