How to Green Smoothie On-the-Go & Apricot-Goji Smoothie with Maca

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 frozen banana sliced
  • 4 dried apricots finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1-3 tsp green superfoods powder/protein powder  optional
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds  optional
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk  I used coconut
  • 1-2 cups chopped kale
For Serving:

Method
 

  1. Place all of the ingredients except for the kale into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Stir the kale into the mixture and blend again until smooth.
  3. Pour into a mason jar and top with the granola.
  4. Bring with you for a guaranteed healthy travel breakfast.
