Ingredients
Method
- Melt the coconut butter
- Melt the Chocolate chips
- Add the peppermint oil to the melted chocolate and mix.
- Pour the coconut butter into a silicon bread pan
- Pour the chocolate on top of it
- Put it in the freezer for 2 minutes.
- Use a knife to swirl the chocolate into the coconut.
- Sprinkle salt on top.
- Leave to harden in the freezer for an hour.
- Remove from the freezer and break into chunks.
- Devour

This has to be kept in the fridge so it's something to offer to guests when they come to your house. (or eat it all yourself!)
