Ingredients
  

  • 6 fl oz  unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp  raw almonds
  • 2 Medjool dates pitted (optional)
  • 1/4 cup  frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup  frozen blueberries

Note: To turn this into a Green Thickie (Complete meal green smoothie) add:

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.  (Get a discount on your blender here)
  • Select "Smoothie" cycle or blend on a Medium Low speed for 10 seconds.
  • Then select Medium High speed for 30 seconds.
