Instructions
Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
(Get a discount on your blender here)
Select "Smoothie" cycle or blend on a Medium Low speed for 10 seconds.
Then select Medium High speed for 30 seconds.
