Mango and Lime Green Smoothie With Essential Oils Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can of Coconut Milk  I recommend this brand
  • 1 Cup of Water or Orange Juice
  • 3 Cups of Mango or 3 small mangos
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 
  • 5 drops of Lime Essential Oil by Young Living – Buy it here and more information 
  • Optional: 1 filler if you want to turn this into a full meal Green Thickie Choose a filler here

Instructions
 

  • Blend until smooth.  If you want to cool the smoothie down, add 1 cup of ice to your blender.
