Ingredients
  

  • 6 fl oz  unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 banana
  • 1/2 cup  pineapple fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp  almond or peanut butter
  • 2 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups  spinach packed
  • 1 cup  ice cubes
  • Note: To turn this into a Green Thickie Complete meal green smoothie add"
  • 1  filler
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • Please note, only use half a filler as the fillers are designed for recipes that serve 2

Instructions
