Basic Green Smoothie Recipe

Servings 1 serving

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plant based milk juice or water
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 banana or other fruit or 1 cup of berries/grapes/chopped fruit

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth

Notes

  • If you want to cool down your smoothie, replace the fresh fruit or greens with frozen produce instead, or add 1/2 cup of ice at the end of blending
  • Store for up to 2 days in the fridge
