Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cups mango
  • ¼ cup carob or cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ cup oats
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
  • You can use frozen spinach or mango to cool the smoothie down if your blender can cope with frozen fruit.
  • Drink slowly - at the same pace as you would eat a meal. This helps you feel fuller for longer and helps the smoothie digest better.
