2cupsspinach
2cupsmango
¼cupcarob or cacao powder
1tablespoonmaple syrup
½cupoats
¼cuppeanut butter

Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to your blenderand blend until smooth.
You can use frozen spinach or mango to cool the smoothie down if your blender can cope with frozen fruit.
