Berry Banana Green Smoothie

A blueberry and banana green smoothie that you won’t believe actually has greens in it. Perfect for picky kids as well, as the blueberries make it nice and purple.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup  water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cups  spinach
  • 1 cup  frozen blueberries
Note: To turn this into a Green Thickie (Complete meal green smoothie) add:
  • 1 filler Please note, only use half a filler as the fillers are designed for recipes that serve 2

Method
 

  1. Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.  (Get a discount on your blender here)
  2. Select "Smoothie" cycle or blend on a Medium Low speed for 10 seconds.
  3. Then select Medium High speed for 30 seconds.
