  • Fermented fruit from your second ferment Water Kefir flavours
  • Mango watermelon, papaya, pear, apple, berries, pomello, carrot or a combination
  • 1 tbs powdered greens organic is preferable
  • Chia or hemp seeds
  • Handful of ice cubes
