A Green Monster Smoothie recipe that’s the perfect Monday breakfast after a weekend of overindulging on family lunches and late night get togethers. A great recipe to cleanse your system and kick-start your diet back on the right track.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 fl oz  orange juice
  • 1 apple cored and quartered
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup mango frozen
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Note: To turn this into a Green Thickie (Complete meal green smoothie) add:

Method
 

  1. Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.  (Get a discount on your blender here)
  2. Select "Smoothie" cycle or blend on a Medium Low speed for 10 seconds.
  3. Then select Medium High speed for 30 seconds
