Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz  water
  • 1  tbsp  chia seeds Fibre, Omega 3 fats and Protein
  • 1 tbsp  maple syrup or your choice of sweetener, optional
  • 1 banana Fiber, Potassium, Vitamin A
  • 1 ½ cups kale Aids digestion, full of vitamins, Magnesium and Folate
  • 1 cup  fresh pineapple chunks Vitamin c, Bromelain 
  • ¾ cup  frozen mango chunks Antioxidants, Vitamins
  • 1 cup  ice cubes
  • To turn this into a Green Thickie complete meal green smoothie add 1 filler

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.  (get a discount on your blender here)
  • Select “Smoothie” cycle or blend on a Medium Low speed for 10 seconds
  • Then select Medium High speed for 30 seconds.
