These dessert thickies are a perfect way to get the taste of one of your favourite desserts without the fat, calories, and unhealthy ingredients.
These dessert thickies are very healthy, and will completely satisfy all your dessert cravings. If you want to go one step further and make them even healthier, simply add a cup or a handful of spinach or kale (or other favourite green) into the blender. You still won’t be able to taste the greens and it will turn them into a complete balanced meal. Enjoy!
