To be able to follow the Green Thickies Diet Plans you will need to have some basic kitchen equipment. Hopefully you will have a lot of this already but if you need to buy any equipment. Here is what I recommend:

- Sharp knife: This one is a good all rounder. Click here to see it
- Measuring cups and spoons: Get everything you need in one package. Click here to have a look
- Colander: This collapsible silicon colander will save a lot of space in your kitchen. Also use it for rinsing salad Have a look
- Salad spinner: This is a great BPA free one. Click here to look
- Pans of different sizes like these safe saving nesting non stick pans (Including a wok like this or large frying pan preferably and a small frying pan)
- Baking tray set like this
- Silicon baking sheets (Optional but I find it great for all baking) These are great
- Food processor (Preferable but not essential as a blender could be used) Any cheap food processor will do the job but this one is great
- Potato peeler like this
- Potato masher like this
