You will need to be organised to stick to this challenge which means buying ingredients in advance so that your fruit has time to ripen before you start. You can also freeze your fruit before you start so you are definitely all ready to go.
You can either replace just your breakfast with a smoothie, or your breakfast and lunch. Then have a sensible dinner (made from scratch). For more information about this please read the recipes. The greens are optional but highly recommended.
