3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

One of my all-time favorite sweet treats is fudge.

I used to eat all of the sickeningly sweet fudge I could get my hands on.

But ever since I started taking care of my health and changed up the foods I eat, I’ve been staying away from fudge like it is the devil.

And to be honest, when it comes to food and sweet treats, there are a few things worse than fudge when it comes to ingredients.

Fudge is basically just large quantities of sugar and dairy.

Two things I no longer include in my diet.

But, recently I’ve been thinking of ways to healthify this amazing treat as I have a sweet tooth and I’ve always missed my favorite fudge.

I’m more than thrilled to announce that I’ve come up with an amazing peanut butter fudge recipe that has only 3 ingredients and is incredibly healthy.

3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

Ever since I started taking care of my health and changed up the foods I eat, I’ve been staying away from fudge like it is the devil. But, on a recent sweet tooth attack I’ve come up with an amazing peanut butter fudge recipe that has only 3 ingredients and is incredibly healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Line small square pan with a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap.
  2. Heat all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat just until warmed through.
  3. Pour the mixture into your prepared pan and place in the fridge to set for a minimum of 6 hours.
  4. Slice into bite-sized squares and enjoy!
