I used to eat all of the sickeningly sweet fudge I could get my hands on.
But ever since I started taking care of my health and changed up the foods I eat, I’ve been staying away from fudge like it is the devil.
And to be honest, when it comes to food and sweet treats, there are a few things worse than fudge when it comes to ingredients.

Fudge is basically just large quantities of sugar and dairy.

3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe
Ever since I started taking care of my health and changed up the foods I eat, I’ve been staying away from fudge like it is the devil. But, on a recent sweet tooth attack I’ve come up with an amazing peanut butter fudge recipe that has only 3 ingredients and is incredibly healthy.
- Prep Time: 15 Minutes
- Cook Time: 6 Hours
- Total Time: 6 hours 15 minutes
- Yield: 8-10 1x
- Category: Desserts
- Method: Cooker, Refrigerator
- Cuisine: Snack
- 1 ¼ cups natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- Line small square pan with a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap.
- Heat all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat just until warmed through.
- Pour the mixture into your prepared pan and place in the fridge to set for a minimum of 6 hours.
- Slice into bite-sized squares and enjoy!
