Fat Boosting Green Tea Body Wrap

Instructions

  1. Bring water to boil then add half of the salt and tea bags.
  2. Drink a glass of water
  3. Let the tea and salt mixture boil for about 2 minutes then allow it to begin cooling, then add the remaining salt. If using essential oil add when mixture is cool.
  4. Massage coconut oil onto skin. Unroll the bandage and soak it in the salt and tea mixture and allow it to soak up the liquid.
  5. Tightly wrap with the bandage around the areas of your body you are targeting.
  6. Wrap the bandage with plastic wrap.
  7. Leave on the wrap for an hour or more. You can sleep in them or wear them around the house but it’s best to relax.

  1. Bring 2 cups water to boil then add half of the salt and tea bags.

  4. Mix the coconut oil, raw cacao and essential oils and massage onto skin. You can apply to any area you like.
  5. Unroll the bandage and soak it in the salt and tea mixture and allow it to soak up the liquid.
  6. Tightly wrap the bandage around the areas you are targeting.
  7. Wrap the bandage with plastic wrap.
  8. Leave on the wrap for an hour or more. You can sleep in them or wear them around the house but it’s best to relax.

  • 2 cups clay such as bentonite (Buy here)
  • ½ gallon / 2 litres of filtered water
  • 1 cup Epsom (Buy here)
  • 1 cup kelp powder (buy here)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 to 5 drops lavender, cedarwood, juniper, patchouli, lemon, basil or rosemary essential oil.  Get 24% off here.

  • Plastic food wrap/ cling film

Instructions

  1. Bring water to boil then add ½  the salt.
  2. Let the salt mixture boil for about 2 minutes then allow it to begin cooling,  once it’s cooler but not cold add the clay and let dissolve, stir
  3. Combine the remaining salt, about half, with the coconut oil and Add essential oils. Rub some of the mixture on to areas to be treated such as stomach. You can target any area of the body you like.
  4. Unroll the bandage and soak it in the salt mixture and allow it to soak up the liquid.
  5. Tightly wrap with the bandage around the areas you are targeting
  6. Wrap the bandage with plastic wrap.

  2. Smear mixture on area to be treated
  3. Wrap with the bandage
  4. Wrap with the plastic wrap
  5. leave on for at least six hours. You can sleep in the wrap or wear it during normal household activities.
