Healthy Vegan Friday #53 Overnight Oats, Spice Bars & Sunflower Cheeze

My little boy has started smilingWelcome to Healthy Vegan Fridays!  I’ve felt so good this week.  I’ve been sticking to my healthy diet and I’ve got a lot more energy despite the fact that I’m still not getting much sleep.  I’m so enjoying eating healthily again and the weight is coming off too which I’m so pleased about.

Thank you so much to everyone who applied to be a tester for me.  I’ve now selected my testers and I will be in touch with everyone else who applied in the next few weeks to thank them.  I’m excited to find out what my testers think of my ebook and will be able to hopefully make any changes to make it easier to follow when they give me their feedback.

My little baby boy has started smiling now which just melts my heart!  A little baby smile will always cheer me up no matter how tired or fed up I am!

Healthy Vegan Fridays is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself, Carrie @ Carrie on Vegan, and Gabby @ The Veggie Nook.  It is a place to share your healthy vegan recipes and plant based articles.  The recipes should make use of whole ingredients and minimize the use of processed and refined foods.

Last week we had 60 entries!  You can see them here.  Please click on ‘Like’ to vote for your favourite articles.

  1. It looks like we can’t actually post to this weeks Healthy Vegan Friday for another 11.5 hours (until 6:30 pm instead of am). Is this something that you guys can fix or will we just have to wait until then to submit our recipes?
