Healthy Vegan Friday #54 3 Ways with kale, 7 Pie inspired smoothies & Banana Pops

Do you have a dream?  I have lots of dreams and things that I want for myself and my family.  Sometimes I work far too hard trying to make them happen.  I burn out sometimes trying to achieve my dreams but I still wake up the next morning motivated to change for the better.  When you’re going through a hard time I think it’s important to have a dream, something to work towards and keep you going.  I loved this video that I watched this week about how to make your dreams come true!

    I wanted the video! What a great story. I wrote part of it down so I could tell my kiddos. I do a lot of story telling when we travel when the kiddos are getting restless. I think this is a great one…plus the wonderful message of hard work and value! What a great guy. Good for him. I will also reiterate this story in my therapy groups as well. Thanks for sharing.
