Healthy Vegan Friday # 55 Spinach Rice, Curried Mango Chickpea Salad & Iron Packed Pesto

I just love Healthy Vegan Fridays.  I get so addicted to looking at all the different recipes and saving ones that I am going to try later.  Although I don’t get much time for making different recipes at the moment since having my baby.  That’s why I’m loving the simplicity of my Green Thickies as they are so quick to make and so quick and flexible to drink.  Although things are getting easier and I am adjusting to having 2 young children now.

If you look at this post soon after it’s published you probably won’t see many posts to read, but we do actually get quite a lot by the end of the week, so it’s worth looking back at last week’s post to see all the gorgeous recipes and helpful articles that were submitted.

Healthy Vegan Fridays is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself, Carrie @ Carrie on Vegan, and Gabby @ The Veggie Nook.  It is a place to share your healthy vegan recipes and plant based articles.  The recipes should make use of whole ingredients and minimize the use of processed and refined foods.

Please like the Healthy Vegan Fridays Facebook Page!
