Welcome to Healthy Vegan Fridays. I hope you’ve had a great week. It’s getting very cold and dark here in Scotland. It’s the time of year I just want to go into hiding – but at least we’ve got Christmas to look forward to. We don’t celebrate thanksgiving here in the UK, but I definitely think we should start! Do you celebrate thanksgiving?
