I have two ways that you can still eat what you love and these are:
- Find a healthier version of your favourite food using real food and eat it completely free of guilty because it’s actually good for you.
- You can practise the 80/20 rule of eating which means you eat what you love or what you want,exactly what you want 20 percent of the time and you eat healthily, still foods that you like, 80 percent of the time.This is a method that I suggest only if you are continuing to get results with it. Sometimes it is possible to eat what you really want 20 percent of the time and still not lose any weight, so just still be sensible with this and don’t see- If 20 percent of the time is two meals a week or however it calculates out, don’t see that as an opportunity to just gorge yourself and eat as much as you can possibly cram in. You still have to just take it quite sensibly if you’re losing weight.
