I invented the Green Thickie which is a complete meal green smoothie and I make sure that I start every morning with one of these.

This is what I do every single day and I couldn’t have lived without a routine like this because my babies would moan for their food as soon as they woke up.
I would have to feed them and it was just such a good feeling to grab my Green Thickie and their Green Thickie from the fridge and not have to spend a single second making them.
They were just there.
Plus, you can take them to work with you. If you’re rushing out of the house first thing you can just take them with you.
