Why “belief” is essential for weight loss

For a couple of years I have been fascinated by the Power of The Mind. After reading how powerful it is and how we can use our own minds to overcome many struggles and make life easier to deal with, I can’t get enough of this topic.  

I have used the power of my mind to overcome illness and feel great after a night of no sleep since I found out about this.  

Maybe you have known how powerful the mind was for years? If you have any books or resources you think I should read on this subject I would love to hear about them.

Speaking about the power of the mind. When it comes to recovering your health and losing weight, there’s an additional step you have to take first to be successful. You have to believe it’s going to work for you.

If you don’t believe it’s going to work, I’m afraid it just won’t.  

But if you believe it’s going to work – it will work, you will get healthier and you will lose weight.

That’s another reason why I send out these daily emails because I know when you’ve heard so much evidence, passion and testimonials from other people about why this works, you will believe it and it will also work for you.

Otherwise you will add it to your pile of discarded diet plans that you never gave a proper go. I don’t want you to do that with The Leaf System.  

I want you to give it a go for 28 days straight and really believe it’s going to work, because it will.

We all believe that we will feel better when we eat healthy food, and that we will lose weight if we stick to the correct portion sizes of healthy food.

But why don’t we do it?
