I challenge you to be prepared…
Ever heard that old saying, fail to plan, plan to fail?
So we’re doing a spot of planning today so that we can prepare for success.
Have you ever taken a challenge that involves sticking to a particular diet for a certain length of time?

Personally I love these kind of challenges because it really motivates you to make a positive change in your life.
I also love challenges because it tricks your brain into carrying on with things that can seem hard at first.
If you tell yourself you only have to do something for 7 days, and then you can stop, you’re much more likely to make a start because it’s not for long. After that you can stop if you aren’t enjoying it.
But what actually happens, more often than not is that whatever it is that we have started doing actually becomes a habit and we carry on doing it after the challenge.
This has happened to me so many times with so many different things.
So this is my way of encouraging you to follow a healthy diet for just 28 days as I know that after 28 days this will become second nature to you, and you’re going to want to continue with this.
