And if you have cut out refined sugar, you might be ready to move to the next stage which is to reduce the amount of natural sugar in your diet. It’s better to take this one step at a time so you don’t shock the body and end up giving up entirely.
Why I’m Reducing The Amount of Natural Sugar In My Smoothies
For a very long time I have been a proponent of avoiding refined sugar but still eating quite a lot of natural sugar which are what my Green Thickies (complete meal green smoothies) contain.
