I have been working on this diet plan for a long time and have finally just finished formatting it so it’s all looking pretty and easy to follow. My most frequent request is that I provide a detailed diet plan for people to follow so they can lose weight and improve their health.

My 7 day diet plan will get you back on track with a delicious, sensible eating plan that you can follow as long as you like as it’s extremely healthy. This is not a faddy diet! This book includes the kind of foods that I eat all the time to lose weight, maintain my ideal weight and feel extremely healthy.
The meals are specifically formulated to help you lose weight and not overeat, but with options for those who need to eat more calories and don’t want to lose any more weight.

7 Day Diet Plan Contents
My 7 Day Diet Plan is an 80-page full-colour ebook made up of the following:
- Q&A Section: All your questions answered about the diet including: how to save time and money while following the diet, why whole foods are ideal, what to drink and whether you need to exercise. It also includes a section on how to make the entire diet from scratch if you prefer to use whole foods for everything. I also explain how to do this diet long-term.
- Shopping lists for all the meals.
- Guides: How to make a Green Thickie, lunch, dinners and snacks.
- Recipes: Green Thickies, salads and evening meal recipes
The Green Thickies 7 Day Diet Plan is made up of the following meals:
Breakfast: A Green Thickie (Filling Green Smoothie). These are all new recipes that have never appeared on the blog before.
Lunch: The choice between a Green Thickie or my versatile salad with different daily options.
Dinner: A different cooked vegan dinner every evening served with a salad.
The diet plan is vegan, dairy free, oil free, whole foods, high raw and gluten free (with wheat options). It includes ingredients that you should be able to easily find in your normal stores without shopping in speciality shops or online.
I need YOU to test my diet plan
I am now looking for some testers for my book before I put it out for sale. I will give each tester a FREE 7 Day Diet Plan ebook in return for the following:
- Be able to complete the 7 Day Diet Plan in the next 4 weeks
- Stick to the diet exactly trying very hard not to make any modifications (and being honest about any deviations from the diet)
- Weigh yourself before and after the diet
- Complete a quick questionnaire after completion of the diet (includes a one line comment which I can publish on my website)
If you think you can commit to the above 4 criteria, then please leave me a comment below with the following information. Ensure you use your correct email address as this is the email address I’ll use to send you my 7 day diet plan. I need the following information from you to ensure I get a range of different people completing the diet.
- How much weight you have to lose (It doesn’t matter if you have no weight to lose, you can still do the diet)
- Whether you feel your health needs to be improved
- Which country you live in
- What type of blender you have. If you don’t know the brand name just tell me whether it’s a high speed blender or not
Don’t worry what type of blender you have. I need people with both cheaper and more expensive blenders to test my diet.
Recipe Testers will need the following equipment to make the food on this diet:
- Blender (to make the smoothies and sauces, any type of blender will do, the higher speed the better)
- Chopping board
- Sharp knife
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Colander or salad spinner (to wash greens and drain pasta)
- Pans of different sizes (Including a wok or large frying pan preferably and a small frying pan)
- Baking tray
- Smoothie Containers for taking your smoothies/ lunch out of the house if you need to
- Food processor (Preferable but not essential as a blender could be used)
- Potato peeler
- Potato masher
