What’s my opinion on water weight loss?
It’s possible to lose around one to two pounds of fat every week.
If you lose any more than this, it’s most probably water weight.
This is usually caused by eating less table salt from processed foods and other allergens that cause you to retain water such as gluten and dairy.
Most people say this is only water weight and it’s not important, but I completely disagree.
I think it is very important because that first week on a new eating plan can make all the difference to whether or not you’re motivated to continue.
If you’ve lost a lot of weight, and you’re looking less puffy, and you’re looking slimmer, and you’re feeling good, and you lost a lot of weight, that is extremely motivating when you first start a new healthy eating plan.
That can make all the difference whether or not you continue to do it.
If you only lost one pound on the first time you started a new healthy eating plan, then you might not be so motivated to continue.
That water weight loss can be quite significant.
I had one guy who did my seven-day diet plan and he lost 11 pounds in the first week.
Yes, it’s probably a lot of water weight but still, that is going to be really motivating for him to have lost such a lot of weight in the first week.
It will probably really help people to continue.
