Is a lack of support stopping you losing weight?

We’re having a bit of an Indian Summer right now which is lovely. Our summers here in Scotland do tend to be a bit overcast and grey. For some reason we get our sunnier weather in spring and autumn (fall).  

So although it is colder, I would actually prefer it to be sunny and slightly colder than the never ending grey days that we seem to get over summer.

I recently found a different path for my daily walk and it takes me past a beautiful waterfall.  

Usually I’m listening to a podcast while I walk – I’m always learning whatever I’m doing.

But I’d felt stress get to me a bit more lately, so today I just wanted silence while I walked. I got to the waterfall and I just stood, staring at the sun shining down onto the waterfall and just felt very thankful to be alive.

Do you ever get moments like this in your week?

If you don’t get outside much, I want to encourage you to get into nature a bit more. It does the world of good and it is great for stress.

Speaking of reducing stress, another thing that reduces stress is friends and being in a community with people all striving towards the same goal.
