We kept a lot of the ingredients the same in The Leaf System on purpose.
Have you ever started following a new diet and you’ve had to buy so many weird and wonderful ingredients that you end up with cupboards overflowing with stuff that you never use again?
The Leaf System isn’t like that.
We make sure the recipes all use similar ingredients.
The type of oil that we use, the type of salt, the healthy sweeteners are all kept the same so you keep your grocery spending to a minimum.
It is very important to me personally that I make healthy living as easy as possible.
I am a busy person like you no doubt, and the last thing I want to do is to be tipping out half of the contents of my cupboards to find an exotic ingredient that I only used half a year ago.
No, I want my meals to be easy, I want to grab the same staple ingredients every time and use them over and over then buy the same thing again.
Routines are one of the secrets of sustainable healthy living, especially when you’re busy.
So I suggest that you do the same if you don’t have time to waste.
Choose your staples (making sure they are healthy) and use them over and over again.
