I just got this lovely email:
“Hello Katherine
I am on day 7 of the of the Diet Plan… I did not need to lose weight but managed to drop about 2kgs (4.4 pounds). I am slim naturally at only 50kgs at 5 feet 7/12 inches… I am a gluten free vegan and I found the menu choices perfect .
I have lost inches and I can feel that. The thing I notice most is my skin looks brighter. I am enthused now and decided to embark on the leaf system starting Monday see how I go!

I do hear this quite often, that my plan works where no other plans do.
Many people who are struggling to lose the last few pounds and just can’t shift them manage to have success on my diet plan.
Are you struggling to lose the last few pounds?
The last few are always the hardest. I used to struggle myself to lose the last few pounds when I was already at a healthy weight, but my own plans are the only time where I’ve actually managed to reach my ‘ideal’ weight – not just get into my healthy range, but get to a point where I’m happy at my weight.
To focus on our health, we need to get into a healthy range and eat foods that make us feel good.
But sometimes we just want to get a little bit lighter so we look better as well as feel better.

I love how Amy says her skin is also brighter. I really notice that myself. When I go on vacation and I’m not eating foods that are good for me, my skin looks dull and I start to get break outs.
But when I eat food that I know is good for me, I can also see it in my own skin too.
There’s nothing worse than losing weight, only to still feel self-conscious about the way you look because your skin looks old and tired.
Now you can have a body you can be proud of with glowing skin to boot!
