When most people are trying to lose weight, they only focus on their food, eating small portions and healthier options, hopefully, but did you know that what you drink can matter just as much as your food when it comes to losing weight?
Did you know that one can of Coke has 141 calories in it?
Just say you drink one of those every single time you get thirsty during the day.
You could actually end up consuming all of your calories just in liquids.
I mean, no wonder people gain so much weight just drinking soda.
Don’t think that just because you drink diet soda that you’re doing well when it comes to weight loss.
The sweeteners and the chemicals are actually designed to make you addicted to them, and the sweeteners trick your body into thinking that sugar is on its way, and then your insulin levels spike.
