We are going to get rid of the junk right now.
Right now, after you finish watching this video, I want you to go into your kitchen and throw away anything containing processed foods such as anything containing refined sugar, high fructose corn syrup, refined flours, stabilisers, hydrogenated fats.
Throw away any boxed cereals that are full of refined sugar, crackers, cereal bars, meal replacement bars.
Generally speaking, if you can’t pronounce an ingredient, your gut won’t recognise it either.
Don’t use this as a binge excuse.
You are not a rubbish dump.
You are not a trash can.
You do not need to eat things in your kitchen to get them out of your kitchen.
Just put them straight into the bin, into the trash can.
Doing that would only sabotage your goals and your future success.
Start as you mean to continue.
Be ruthless.
Be completely ruthless.
